Advancing women in law is not just a concept, it is the firm’s goal. We are focused on mentoring women in law even if we do not employ them. We participate in mentoring events for school aged girls and young women, build and foster relationships with women in law, and celebrate the wins of our peers as they make strides in the workplace.
